Linda Waits, 78, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022 in Abilene, Texas.
She is survived and will be forever remembered by, her son, Jeff Waits of Abilene; and her daughter, Melissa Waits of Abilene. Three grandchildren, Briana Dodson, Casey Waits, Collin Waits and wife Bailey; four great grandchildren; and her forever daughter in love, Kim Jensen.
Preceding her in death by her husband, Jimmy Waits; and her parents, J.W. and Bernadine Frailin.
Linda was born in Fort Worth, Texas on September 30, 1943 to J.W. and Bernadine Frailin. She attended Paschal High School. In 1962 she married Jimmy in Fort Worth and the couple spent 56 beautiful years together. They lived in Bedford, Texas before moving to Abilene where Linda resided for 50 years in the same home.
After moving to Abilene, Texas Linda started a 25 year career in banking. She enjoyed trips to Vegas, slot machines, and loved Elvis. Most of all she loved her family with all her heart. She was the best mother, and grandmother. Linda and Jimmy both enjoyed spoiling their grandchildren.
In our hearts we will continue to love Linda and celebrate her life.
