Leroy Hammond-Williams

L. J'Vonta Williams was born on May 12, 1994 in Abilene, Tx. the son of Roger Williams and Kimberely Muldrow-Reed.

He attended Abilene High School and graduated from Belleville West High School. He studied welding at Southwestern Illinois College. He was a member of Antioch CME Church where he served on the junior usher board and youth choir.

Those left to cherish his memory are mother Kimberely Muldrow-Reed and Special Dad from the Heart Cedric Reed of Belleville, IL; grandmother Ernestine Hammond (MeMaw) of Abilene, Tx, three sons Amory Williams, Denver Cole and Jy'Aire Foster; sisters Jazmyn Gindratt of Abilene, Tyana Thompson, Denver, CO, Brandi Escobar (Leo) of Seattle, WA; Roni Hunter of Houston, Tx; Cedrica Reed stationed in Fort Jackson, SC, Tanisha (B.J.) Jackson of Belleville, IL; Lashana Reed of Washington D.C.; Kanesha (DeJon) Lee of Florence SC; brothers Roger Williams Jr. of Fort Worth, Tx; Mikeem Muldrow stationed in Yokosuka, Japan; and a host of aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

His father Roger Williams, grandfather Leroy J. Hammond, grandparents Joyce and Malachi Williams Jr., Uncle Malachi "Buster" Williams III, step father Michael Muldrow proceeds him in death.
