Ann Sartor

Ann Shirley Sartor entered the gates of heaven Thursday, March 11, 2021.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 17, 2021 from 6 PM-8 PM in the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel 5750 Hwy 277 South. Funeral services will be Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 1 PM at the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Elmwood Memorial Park.

Shirley was born to Thurston Burks and Henrietta Scales Burks on August 23, 1942 in Abilene, TX. Shirley married the love of her life on November 16, 1958. They were married 63 years.

Shirley was proceeded in death by her parents Thurston Burks and Henrietta Burks and one brother Alvis Burks.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Sartor; 3 sons, Jerry W (Lacy), Bryan Sartor, Richard Sartor (Tara). 1 Daughter Angela Cannon (Greg) and one "adopted" daughter Beki Martinez. Grandchildren, Kimberly Santos (Juan), Rebekah Valles (Benjamin), Elizabeth Sartor (Gideon Chance), Misti Sartor (John Surgeon), Hunter Sartor, Ryder Sartor, Teara Sartor, Travis Sartor, Courtney Sherman (Jarrette), Tyler Cannon (Alexus), Jordan Cannon, Jennifer Wooten (Gene). Great Grandchildren, Abygail, Gabrielle, Benjamin, Liam, Elijah, Jamie, Sean, Ellie, Lexi, Esamee, Everly, Colin, and Keegan. She had a great companion her dog Cletus. Also a longtime friend Mary Pat Mercer.
