Winona Brown

Winona Lynn Brown, 66, of Abilene passed away Sunday, August 9, 2015 in Abilene.

A memorial service will be held Monday, August 17, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Elmwood Funeral Home.

Winona was born on April 7, 1949 in Fairfax County, Virginia to Robert and Noreen Wilt. She married Roy Brown on February 12, 1993 in Euless, TX. Noreen worked as a hairdresser until her health wouldn't allow. She was a member of New Beginnings Church in Winters and loved the Lord. She was loved and will be dearly missed by those lucky to have been loved by her.

Winona is survived by her husband , Roy; daughters Bobbie Kindrick, Karmen Pippins and husband Mike; 5 grandchildren; sister, Sue Dowell; mother In-law, Jewel Brown.

She was preceded in death by a son, Stuart Kraus.
