Shirley Reese

Shirley Ann Reese, 81, of Farmersville, Tx., passed away Thursday, August 7, 2020 in Farmersville.

A funeral service will be held Monday, August 10, 2020 at 10 AM at the Elmwood Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Elmwood Memorial Park.

Shirley was born on October 24, 1938 in Sylvester, Tx., to the late Leo Woolf and Elsie Cantrell. She worked as a homemaker and loved caring for her family. Shirley enjoyed decorating for Christmas and was known for her delicious Christmas Candy. She loved to go fishing with family and friends.

Shirley is survived by her children, Cindy Steele (Bill), Gina Paulsen (Martin), Donna Glover; husband, Collin Reese; 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; siblings, Brenda Johnston (Frank) and Patsy Crutcher; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Shirley was also preceded in death by 5 siblings.
