Richard R. Silva, 52, of Abilene passed away Saturday, February 7, 2015.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 11 at 10 AM at Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel.
Richard was born on April 17, 1962 to Raul Silva and Pauline Valdez Silva in Abilene, TX. He proudly served his country in Army National Guard. Richard was diagnosed at age 26 with Multiple Sclerosis but loved life, and loved to joke and laugh.
Richard is survived by his wife, Silvia Gonzalez; brothers, Albert Silva, Raymond Silva and wife Lisa; sister, Emma Aguilar; aunt, Esther Ballew; many dear nephews, nieces and friends.
