Love Henderson Headstream, passed away Saturday, August 30, 2008 in Arizona. Her Memorial service will be 11:00 am, Saturday, October 11, 2008 in the Chapel of Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 Hwy 277 South.

Love was born November 6, 1920 in Lawn, TX. She attended High School in Abilene and continued her studies at Hardin Simmons University were she met her future husband Clarence Ted E. Headstream. Love and Ted moved to Yuma, AZ in the late 1940s where she was involved with Beta Sigma Phi sorority, various charitable organizations, and First Southern Baptist Church of Yuma. After a 1971 move to Arkansas she returned to the Tempe-Chandler, AZ area where she could be close to her family and spend time with her grandchildren. While living in the Tempe-Chandler, AZ area she became associated and began volunteering for SanTan Heights Baptist Church in Queen Creek near Chandler AZ.

Love is survived by her children; Lucy Boettcher of Northern California, Cynthia Hoyer and husband Gifford of Tucson, AZ, and Todd Headstream and wife Sandra of Gilbert, AZ; nine grand-children and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted in 1971 and her son, Bill in 2001
