Mike Riley

Joe Michael “Mike” Riley, 67 of Abilene, Texas was called to his eternal resting place on December 14, 2020. A graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 21, 2020 in Elmwood Memorial Park, 5750 Hwy 277 South Abilene, Texas.

Mike was born in Dallas, Texas on November 16, 1953. He married the love of his life, Jeannie Kay Riley on April 19, 1992. They shared 28 years together.

He was a loyal employee of 7-11 convenience stores for 20 plus years. He enjoyed sci-fi books and movies, karate, and writing short stories.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister.

Mike is survived by his loving wife, Jeannie K. Riley; bonus daughters, Pam Gonzales and husband Daril, Tammye Creek and husband Steve, and Machael Hall and husband Monty; his sibling, Billy Riley; stepmother, Pat Riley; seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s association.
