Lynn Mcneil

Lynn McNeil, 71, went to be with her Lord and savior on Friday, December 18, 2020 in Abilene, Texas. Lynn was born August 11, 1949 to Floyd and Dorothy Torgeson in Topeka, Kansas. She attended Topeka High School and graduated in 1967. While in high school Lynn met the love of her life Terry McNeil and the couple married December 4, 1967 in Lawrence Kansas. Lynn was a girly girl, a talented artist who loved crafting and scrapbooking. She was a family person who placed her needs and self-interests last and was so genuine in caring for the needs and self-interests of everyone around her. She especially had a special place in her heart for her grandchildren who would always make her smile.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Sam Torgeson; and her sister, Paulette Stratton.

Lynn is survived by her husband, Terry McNeil; her children, Amanda Darby (Ryan), Danny McNeil (Saul Contreras), and Troy McNeil (Kris); her grandchildren, Eric, Jordan, Braylon, Raven, Holden, Codie, Brandon, and Peyton; her great grandchildren, Harvey, Max, Rhys, Landry, and Jace; her siblings, Sheri Moore (Jerrie) and Dana Torgeson; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
