Julie Ann Spicer Pachicano, 42, joined her Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 10, 2026. A visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sunday, January 18, 2026. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, January 19, 2026, in the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5750 Highway 277 South.
Julie was born on August 18, 1983, in Knox City, Texas, to Juan and Rosalinda Pachicano. She met the love of her life, Ryan, at Lincoln Middle School when Julie was just 14 years old. Their young friendship grew into a lifelong love, and they were united in marriage on June 14, 2003, in Abilene, Texas, sharing 22 wonderful years together.
Julie was employed with Wisteria Independent Living, where her caring heart and servant spirit shone through her work. Known for her love of dancing and makeup, Julie was truly a beauty queen inside and out. She was an exceptional cook and never met a stranger. With the biggest heart, Julie would help anyone in need—even if it meant going without herself.
A cancer survivor and true fighter, Julie faced life’s challenges with strength, grace, and unwavering faith. Above all else, Julie was the best mom. She cherished time with her children and was deeply involved in all their sporting events and activities. She was not only a mother to her own children but a “mom to all,” offering love, encouragement, and support to everyone around her.
Julie’s legacy of love, kindness, and selflessness will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her father, Juan Pachicano; and her sister, Mary Pachicano.
Julie is survived by her husband, Ryan Spicer; her children, Riley Spicer and wife Zakada, Natalia Spicer, Camille Spicer, Roselia Spicer, and Rigson Spicer; four bonus children, Andrew Hernandez, Julissa’s Carrion, Lesley West, and Danielle Ramirez; two grandchildren, Marco Spicer, and Melina Spicer; her mother, Rosalinda Pachicano; her grandmother, Bernarda Pachicano; her sisters, Norma Marin and husband Armando, Angelia Gonzales and husband Michael, and John Pachicano and wife Jessica; her father and mother in law, Richard and Angelia Spicer; her sibling in laws, Jennifer Honea, Cory Martin, Lori Loftus, and Jenny Spicer; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
