Jacque Peery

Jacque Breton Peery was born at Dyess AFB in Abilene, TX. on January 18th, 1973 to the parents of Andre and Carolyn Peery. He passed away on December 24, 2022 at the age of 49.

Jacque graduated from Abilene High School, Class of 1991. Jacque served the State of Texas working for TDCJ French Robertson Unit and the Abilene State Supported Living Center for almost 20 years until his passing.

Jacque was a great son, father, brother and friend. In high school, Jacque played football and competed in the Track and Field events. Jacque had a contagious personality and there was not a person he met that he didn't end up becoming friends with. Jacque could come into a room and have the room laughing in a heartbeat which was one of many gifts that God gave him.

Anyone that knew Jacque, knew that he was a huge New York Giants fan and displayed that with great pride. Jacque enjoyed playing pool, bowling and especially cars; he loved attending car shows and cruising down South 1st street on cruise night. Jacque's biggest love of all was his children and family.

Jacque was preceded in death by his grandfather's Henry Wylie and Reynold D Peery, grandmothers Onnie Wrencher and Laurie Peery, great grandmother Ollie Moore, great uncle Bernest J Lott Sr, great aunt Imogene Lott, uncles Andri Hamilton Jackson and Gregory Peery, aunts Gloria Foreman and Wanda Peery Alston, cousins Sandra Lott, Robert Dale Lott and Bernest J Lott Jr.

Jacque is survived by his father Andre Peery (Sandra) and his mother Carolyn Hines(Billy); children Kara Peery, Sarah Peery, Thomas Castro Peery, Emily Allen, and Jacque Xavier Peery,; sisters Charemon Peery, Rozlyn Peery Thomason, Destiny Peery, and Shawnte Peery; grandchildren Cataleya Sunkes and Zaiden Hernandez. Jacque is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
