Ed Bolyard, 83, passed away Thursday, July 15, 2021. A visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at Northside Baptist Church, 600 Ave C , Cisco, Texas. A funeral service will immediately follow visitation and begin 11:00 AM at Northside Baptist Church. Interment will be at Elmwood Memorial Park, 5750 Hwy 277 South, Abilene Texas at 2:00 PM.
Ed was born September 2, 1937 in Amboy, Virginia to Ralph and Ruby Bolyard. He owned and operated E&M Automotive in Cisco, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents; two children, Brian Bolyard, and Donna Thompson; and two siblings, Ralph Bolyard, and Freddie Bolyard.
Ed is survived by his wife Millie Bolyard; eight children, Joyce Pope, Kathy Blackwell, Sandy Rozell, Ronny Bolyard, Ira "Buddy" Bolyard Jr., Patricia Phillips, David Thompson, and Brian Thompson; four siblings, Melvin Bolyard and his wife Nancy, Robert Bolyard, Mary Sypolt and her husband Stanley, and Judy Turner and her companion Herman Roberts; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
