Estella Silva

Estella Trevino Silva, an amazing, beautiful, caring soul was taken home to Heaven on May 7, 2025. She was born on December 11, 1939 to Juan Casanova Trevino and Fermina Coronado Trevino in Floresville, Texas. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and aunt and loved unconditionally. She was the heart of the family that brought everyone together. She shined wherever she went, always joking around, her laughter and smile filled the room. She was the life of the party, loved her Cowboys and just sports in general. Our Mother will be missed dearly but her legacy of love will live on in our hearts forever.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Juan and Fermina Trevino, her sisters; Sofia Jimenez and Irenia Arrellano.

Estella is survived by her children; Sonya Silva-Ramirez (Adan), Felicia Aguillon (Adolfo), Sandy Pequeno (Henry) and Tonya Torres (Abel). She had 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and one more on the way. Siblings; Aurora Bravo, Oralia Garcia, Sulema Vela, Elena Tamez, Rosa Herrera, Yolanda Martinez and Juan "Sonny" Trevino, Jr.

All funeral services will be at St. Vincent Pallotti Catholic Church, located at 2525 Westview Drive, in Abilene, with Elmwood directing the services. The wake will be held Thursday, May 15th; viewing from 6pm - 6:45pm, rosary and service from 6:45pm - 8PM, viewing will continue 8PM - 9PM. The funeral service celebrating her life will be on Friday, May 16, 2025 at 10AM at St. Vincent Pallotti Catholic Church with Father Sosa officiating. Interment will follow at Elmwood Memorial Park
