Edward was born on August 21, 1964, in Abilene, Texas, to his loving parents, John and Amelia Quinonez Pedroza. He grew up in a tight-knit community and graduated from Abilene High School. Edward's jovial nature and love for companionship led him to cherish the lifelong friendships he formed with the group of friends who grew up together and grew old together.
Music held a special place in Edward's heart, and he found solace and joy in its melodies throughout his life. He had a talent for taking on side jobs, and his love for music often intertwined with his work. Edward had a natural gift for making people laugh and bringing smiles to their faces with his jokes and witty sense of humor. His outgoing and friendly nature made him a joy to be around, and he had a way of lighting up any room he entered.
Edward was a dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan, but his greatest love was reserved for his sons. He adored his boys, Eddie and Josh, with all his heart and was immensely proud of the men they had become. Edward's love for his family extended to his role as a grandfather, bringing him immeasurable joy. He leaves behind six grandchildren and one great-grandchild, who will forever cherish the memories they created together.
Edward's faith in Christ Jesus was a guiding force in his life. He held a deep belief in the love and salvation offered by his Savior. Edward was preceded in death by his parents, John and Amelia, and his brother, Johnny Pedroza.
He is survived by his sons, Eddie Pedroza and wife Andreina, and Josh Pedroza and wife Ariel, who will carry forward his legacy of love and laughter. Edward also leaves behind his siblings, Rosie Martinez-Garcia and Bobby Pedroza, who shared in his journey of life and provided unwavering support. His memory will be cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends whose lives were touched by his genuine warmth and kindness.
