Domingo Campos

Domingo Campos, 89, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 6th, 2012 in Garland, Texas. His funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 10th in the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5750 HWY 277 South with interment following in Elmwood Memorial Park

Domingo was born February 15, 1923 to Frank and Seferina Campos in Round Rock.
He met his wife Eduarda Torres in Austin, Texas and they were married September 3, 1941. Domingo worked in construction for most of his life. Domingo and Eduarda moved to Abilene in 1949 and started their family. They had six children, Frank Santos Campos of Garland, Sally Perales of Grand Prairie, Joe Ovelia Campos and Richard Campos Josie of Abilene.

His wife, son, David Campos, daughter, Rebecca Campos, brother, Frank and sister, Hilberta Loya preceded him in death.

Survivors include three sons, one daughter, 16 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
