Dennis Ferguson

Dennis Michael Ferguson, 55, died Sunday, May 22, 2011 in Abilene. A dedication service will be held at 9:00 AM on Friday, May 27, 2011 at the Columbarium in Elmwood Memorial Park.

Dennis was born on November 5, 1955 in Jacksonville, Florida the son of Denzel Milton Ferguson and Janet Christensen Ferguson. He grew up in Brady, Texas and had worked several years at the Paymaster Gin in Abilene.

Dennis had a good heart and would help anyone who needed. He was especially good at keeping everyones vehicles running as he was a talented mechanic.

Survivors include his children, Christina Wood and Dennis Ferguson both of Abilene two grandchildren who adored him and were adored by him, Kenneth and Tanalee Wood his brother, David Ferguson of Abilene his sisters, Becky Dobbs and Kathy Capps both of Tucson, Arizona and Lori Carroll and Frances Capps both of Texas.
