David E. Dooley, 91, passed away on Monday, January 04, 2010 in Abilene. His funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, January 6 in the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5750 HWY 277 South with burial following in Elmwood Memorial Park.
David was born on May 16, 1918 in Lindan, Texas and served 23 years in the U.S. Navy. He married Juanita Martinez on January 7, 1983.
Survivors include his wife, children and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by 13 siblings.
