Brently Clyde Irvin, passed away on the 5th of June at the age of 61 in Abilene, TX.
Brently was born on April 3, 1962 and grew up in Albany, TX. He was known for his ability to master a variety of skills. Brently's clever one-liners and unique sense of humor could brighten anyone's day. His passion for music was well known and always accompanied him, as was his ability to design and create. Whether Brently was creating a culinary experience for Saturday morning breakfasts or drawing blueprints for his next build; the work of his hands brought artistry to this earth. 34 years ago, he married his best friend Tracy and together they raised an incredibly loving family. He showed his love for them and those around him by perpetually making everything beautiful and perfect. He was truly one of a kind and could do it all.
Brently's memory will live on through his wife, Tracy, his three daughters Lauren (Alex) Whitten, Ellen (Cody) Maddox, Kathryn Irvin, three grandchildren Quinn, Ellis and Klein Whitten, and mother Jeanene Irvin. Brently was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Irvin.
A public graveside service to honor and remember Brently will be held at Elmwood Cemetery, US-277, at 10am on Saturday the 10th of June.
As he used to tell everyone when they were saying goodbye, "See me later".
