Bobby Joe "BJ" Early
Bobby Joe Early, 35, was called home by the Lord Saturday, February 28, 2026 at his home in Abilene, TX with his wife.
Funeral Service will be Saturday March 14, 2026 at 10:00am at Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5750 HWY 277 South, Abilene, Texas. Visitation, Friday March 13, 2026 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. Burial at Abilene City Cemetery, North 10th and Treadaway at 12:00pm.
Bobby was born October 3, 1990 in Abilene, TX. He was a God fearing man who loved the Lord. He was family-oriented and loved spending time with his family and friends on his mom's front porch. He always told jokes and never ceased to make you smile and laugh.
In 2010, Bobby graduated from Cooper High School in Abilene, TX. He dedicated his life to serving at the Abilene State Supported Living center as a home supervisor, taking care of those who could not care for themselves. He treated everyone with compassion and as equals to himself.
Bobby married Jasmine Early on June 26, 2020. The two were each other's life long companions and friends. He was blessed with two children Nathalie and Jenavieve.
Bobby is survived by his wife Jasmine Early, two children: Nathalie and Jenavieve, his mother: Loretta Early, father: Frankie Early, six brothers: Renaldo Beaver, Kenneth Beaver, Marcus Johnson, Mark Johnson, Frankie Early, and Corey Early, one sister: Kalisha Early, grandmother Callie Mae Tutt, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
He is preceded in death by Wallace Dickey (great grandfather), Leona Andrew Dickey (great grandmother), Otis Wiley (grandfather), Ina Williams (aunt), Bobby Joe Tutt (uncle), Rose Wilburn (grandmother), and David Early (grandfather).
Bobby will be remembered by his passion and selflessness for others. He was a caretaker of many people without complaint. He had a smile that lit up the room and a heart with room for everyone. Bobby's impact and memories will be cherished forever. He will be greatly missed.
