Betty L Davis, 69, passed away December 27, 2020 in Abilene, Texas.

A Memorial Service will be held, Monday January 25, 2021 at 10:00am at Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5750 Hwy 277 South, Abilene, Texas.

We know these are difficult times due to COVID-19 and we want you to know the family appreciates your love and support. We encourage everyone to remain safe and healthy, so please wear your mask during the visitation and the funeral service at all times.

Mrs. Davis was born in big Spring Texas to Edward Blakeney and Dorothy ConawayBlakeney.

She graduated from high school in Abilene, Texas.

Betty worked as a bookkeeper for Wilder Tire Company for over 25 years and Big Country Tire County for over 15 years. She was a homemaker who likes to do things around the house.

Betty is preceded in death by her father Edward Blakeney and her grandson Dylan Haynes and a sister Mary Louise Blakeney.

She is survived by her husband David Davis, her son’s Mike Evans (Jerri) of Rochelle Illinois and son Randy Evans of Radcliff, Kentucky, her stepdaughters Dana Davis, of Chandler, Arizona, Darby Davis (Tom) of Chandler, Arizona. Her grandchildren, Eddie Wayne, Michael, and Abbie Gale Evans all of Rochelle, Illinois, Austin Evans of Radcliff, Kentucky, Jaxon and Devan Davis of Chandler, Arizona. Her mother, Dorothy Blakeney, sisters, Linda Willingham ( JR) Abilene, Texas, Sue Blakeney, San Angelo, Texas and Joyce Sellers, Hawley, Texas.
