Bartolome Bazan

January 11, 1935 — October 9, 2023

Bartolome Bazan "Noe", a dedicated farmer and rancher, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2023, at the age of 88. He was born on January 11, 1935, in La Casita, Texas, to his loving parents, Pedro and Elvira Bazan. Noe's life was marked by hard work, simplicity, and a deep love for his family.

Noe's roots ran deep into the Texas soil, and he dedicated his entire life to farming and ranching. He was a true steward of the land, tending to his crops and livestock with unwavering commitment and a profound understanding of the land's rhythms. His life was a testament to the values of diligence, resilience, and the beauty of a life lived close to the earth.

Despite the demands of his work, Noe was a simple man who found joy in life's everyday pleasures. He had a green thumb and enjoyed spending his free time gardening, nurturing bountiful harvests. Noe also had a deep appreciation for the Wild West, spending countless hours watching classic westerns.

However, Noe's greatest source of joy was his family. He cherished his beloved wife, Francisca, with whom he shared many years of happiness until her passing on December 24, 2015. Their enduring love and partnership were an inspiration to all who knew them. Noe's love extended to his children, grandchildren, and all members of his family. He was a pillar of strength, guidance, and unwavering support to those he held dear.

Noe Bazan's legacy is one of hard work, simplicity, and a profound love for family. He leaves behind a rich tapestry of memories, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him. As we bid farewell to this honorable man, we take solace in the knowledge that his spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Francisca Bazan; and his parents, Pedro and Elvira Bazan.

Noe is survived by his daughters, Noelia Cisneros and husband Jesus, Vivian Cisneros and husband Emiliano, Barbara Morales and husband Martin; and Teresa Ramon; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; his sisters, Maria Belen Perez, and Imelda Ramirez; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
