Aurelia Lynn Clark, 47, of Abilene, TX passed away on Tuesday July 5, 2022 in Tuscola, TX. Visitation will be held on Monday July 11, 2022 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5750 US HWY 277 South. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at 12:30pm at Holy Family Catholic Church, 5410 Buffalo Gap Road, Abilene, Tx. Internment will follow at Texas State Veterans Cemetery 7457 W. Lake Rd. Abilene, Tx.

Aurelia was born November 21, 1974, in Oakland, CA to Lynn Leishman and Carolina Campos. Aurelia married the love of her life, Brian Alan Clark, on October 21, 2016, in Killeen, TX. She spent the next five years being an amazing wife to Brian.

Aurelia was a Licensed Vocational Nurse working at the Abilene Community Based Outpatient Clinic where she loved and adored caring for the veterans in the West Texas VA Healthcare System.

Aurelia recently began attending Wylie Methodist Church. She was a bright and shining light to her family and friends. Aurelia was strong-willed with an amazing sense of humor. She was precious and a complete joy to be around never hesitating to help someone in need. Aurelia dedicated her life to her family, friends, and veterans. She was truly a beautiful soul and will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.

Aurelia is survived by her husband, Brian Clark; her children Robert Lopez, Ileana Lopez, Matilde Lopez, Jon Paul Lopez, and Victor Lopez all of Utah. She is also survived by her father Lynn Leishman and wife Mary of Utah, and mother Carolina Ramirez and husband Felipe of Anson; her brothers Antonio Leishman of Anson and Adam Leishman of Utah, and stepbrother Shawn McCune; her grandparents Adolfo Campos and wife Matilde of Hale Center; father-in-law Thomas Clark and wife Miyong of Bryan, mother-in-law Pamela Clark of Hale Center, and brother-in-law Aaron Clark and wife Jennie of Canyon; nephew Jonah Leishman of Utah.
