Please accept my sincerest condolences on his passing and if there is anything at all that I'm able to do, please let me know. I am praying that you feel God's strong arms of Love and Comfort wrapped around you all, today and always. Darla, I'm sorry that you lost your father in law, and Ryan, I'm sorry that your grandfather is no longer here. From the time we moved to Abilene, I don’t remember a time when Ford wasn’t in my life. He was a great friend to my parents, Sandra and Wayne. And the only one who got the nickname “Burt Baby” from my sister. He truly will be missed. He’s leaving this world a better place because his soul touched it.
