I had the opportunity to work with Ira at the Holocaust Museum on a part-time basis, especially when he worked on special events such as Museum Day. He would always be willing to assist with greeting Museum visitors when he was here on weekends if we needed help.
My condolences to his family. He will be truly missed.

I have been a board member of Holocaust Museum Houston and an active volunteer for the entire time Ira was at the museum and I am so shocked and saddened by his passing. My condolences go out to his family. He has been so missed at the museum. He had done such a fabulous job promoting the museum and getting its message out. He really knew the museum so well. Ira was so respected by the staff and board members and he will be missed.
