I was saddened to hear of Starlas passing away. She was one of my best friends in elementary school in Pecos. Me my brother Ray have fond memories of the times spent with Starla Scott. I often wondered what had become of Starla and its wonderful to know that she had a life full of love beautiful people to share it with. Your family is in my prayers.

I am so sorry to hear about Starla and for procrastinating in writing this condolence. It has been extremely hard for me to put into words what Starla meant to me. I do want you to know that Starla was a good and dear friend who will be greatly missed. She always managed to pop in from time to time when she was here in Ft. Stockton. In addition, these visits often centered around special events occurring within my life. The last visit came after Kyle and I had married. We had a wonderful time sharing stories and what not. This year and shortly after the birth of our daughter on Aug. 21, I often thought of Starla dropping in and I imagined what a surprise it would be for Starla when she came by and saw we had a babylittle did I know what had happened. Reflecting back on my thoughts, I like to think Starla was dropping in to say hi. To, Starla, I want to say thanks for being a good friend. Although our visits were few and somewhat far between, you never failed to be far away from my heart. May God bless you and your family.

To Starlas family, I want you to know you are in my thoughts and prayers. May Gods loving kindness be upon you and be with you during this difficult time.

Starla was a great friend of mine throughout high school. We shared many laughs and some crazy times as well. Most every lunch hour was spent at Taco Villa just being silly girls The thought still makes me smile. I think she lived on bean burritos and a small coke. Youd never see her in ANYTHING but her Kenny Rogers jeans and ropers.... Unfortunately, as the years passed our contact was less frequent. Even though our lives created a distance, the friendship is one of great memories that keep our smiles close to heart. Its so hard to say all that I wish to say....she will definitely be greatly missed, but know that she is with the greatest of love. See ya one day, again friend. I love you and will miss you

My sincerest regards to the entire family. I really cant find the words to express the sorrow in my heart. May the Lord carry you all through this time. Gods blessings to you all
